She graduated with honors degree from Moscow Medical Academy, the most prestigious medical school in Russia. Following several years of experience as a clinical Rheumatologist and researcher in Moscow, she immigrated with her family to the United States in 1993. She rounded her medical education with a residency as St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ, a fellowship at Colombian Presbyterian Hospital in New York and became Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She first established a medical practice in New York and has been in private practice in Florida since 2001.
Yesenia Gonzalez is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of healthcare experience. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. Yesenia has worked in a variety of clinical settings, where she has provided both inpatient and outpatient healthcare services. She worked as a Trauma Intensive Care Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Facility, where she collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to care for acutely ill patients. As a bedside nurse, Yesenia witnessed firsthand the importance of proper health management for chronic conditions. Her professional background and educational experience have led her to a holistic approach to health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
